Peach Bourbon Smash

Bourbon has reached this new renaissance and even the old standby’s like Rittenhouse are receiving online praise. Living in Tennessee and being a bartender I have developed a love of everything Bourbon.  Summertime is also Peach time and I have combined two loves (peaches and Bourbon) to make a Peach Bourbon Smash. A refreshing combination of summer peaches, caramelized bourbon and a hint of lemon.
