Apple Cider performs the cupid shuffle with Spiced Rum and Apple Schnapps to make a martini that will most definitely keep the doctor away.

Ingredients

Home made Spiced Rum
Instructions
  1. Spiced Rum
  2. In a small saucepan , toasted your spices. Saute the cloves, cinnamon sticks, and allspice until fragrent. Be very careful not to burn.
  3. Pull off the heat
  4. Add brown sugar and a tablespoon of the rum
  5. Stir mixture until the sugar dissolves
  6. Split the vanilla bean in half and add it to the mixture
  7. Once the mixture is cool , add a small amount of rum to the mixture and stir to make the mixture easy to pour.
  8. Pour the mixutre into the remainer of the rum and let it sit for 24 hours
  9. You may have to remove 1/2 cup rum to make room for the ingrediants
Apple-tini
  1. Add all ingredients in your cocktail shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake the cocktail well
  3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an apple slice
